Job summary

ManpowerGroup's Insights & Data practice is seeking a GTM Senior Director - Data & AI - Life Sciences. Hybrid role based in NY or Chicago, with 3-4 days on-site.

You will shape the offer portfolio, build the pipeline, lead pursuits, and serve as the primary sales-facing partner for Life Sciences Data & AI needs. You will bring 15+ years of relevant experience, engage with senior stakeholders, and manage cross-functional teams across cloud, data governance, and GenAI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, technology sales, or GTM leadership in Life Sciences.
• Regulatory context knowledge (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA where relevant) and data governance.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine Life Sciences Data & AI go-to-market strategy and priority use cases.
• Own and drive the pipeline, qualification, pursuit strategy, and closing with account teams.
• Lead RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, and build compelling proposals and business cases.
• Develop relationships with technology and hyperscaler partners and represent at events.
