ManpowerGroup, through Experis, seeks a Data & AI - GTM Delivery Leader (CPRS- FMCG) to drive growth and delivery across strategic accounts in the Go-To-Market and Delivery organization. You will partner with C-suite clients, shape large transformation opportunities, and oversee multi-account programs with governance, risk management, and profitability.

Hybrid role in New York/New Jersey or Chicago with 3–4 days on client sites; pay range $180,000–$250,000; 12–15% bonus eligibility; FMCG and

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting, professional services, account management, or delivery leadership experience.
• Proven success selling and delivering Data & AI and analytics programs in FMCG/Consumer Products.
• Must manage multimillion-dollar engagements with executive stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own relationships within strategic client accounts and drive growth for Data, Analytics, AI, and Cloud modernization solutions.
• Lead Go-To-Market strategy by qualifying, shaping, and closing large transformation opportunities.
• Develop and lead solutioning for complex pursuits, including proposals, executive presentations, and SOW/RFP responses.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and business leaders to guide enterprise Data & AI strategies.
• Provide executive governance for programs across accounts, ensuring delivery excellence and profitability.
