Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking an on-site Agent Operator to sustain and extend our enterprise data quality pipeline. You will run production sessions, evaluate outputs with GTM data judgment, and improve agent coverage while coordinating with offshore teams.

Responsibilities include tuning detection rules, managing escalations, and partnering with GTM Systems, Data Engineering, and Reporting to drive reliable data outputs and scalable enrichment. A strong data ops background and SQL fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Data Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops with hands-on data quality ownership.
• Proficiency with Snowflake SQL for querying and validation and SFDC data modeling and data flows.
• Experience with Claude Code or comparable LLM-based tooling in an operational context.
• Experience designing and running AI-assisted enrichment workflows and evaluating accuracy/coverage.
• Comfort operating in a command-line environment: tmux, shell scripts, log analysis.
• Process design mindset with a bias toward measurable outcomes; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and optimize the agent pipeline across Cartographer, Sentinel, and Resolver.
• Tune detection rules, prompts, and confidence thresholds; evaluate accuracy by segment and adjust workflows.
• Run AI-assisted enrichment workflows and evaluate vendor vs AI enrichment options; document results for decisions.
• Define and optimize handoff between automated outputs and human review; manage offshore team throughput and quality.
• Maintain data quality and enrichment processes; keep SOPs and runbooks current as agents evolve.
• Collaborate with GTM Systems, Data Engineering, and Reporting to align configurations and dashboards.
