Job summary

MaintainX, part of Autodesk, is seeking a Director of GTM Data, Processes, and AI Enablement to own essential GTM foundations, including CRM data quality, territory rules, and AI-enabled automation. You will lead a small data quality team and influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Rev Ops, Enablement, and GTM Engineering.

You will drive data governance, CRM process optimization, and a comprehensive AI roadmap, prioritizing high-value automation and scalable solutions across MaintainX

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on experience bringing AI into GTM workflows.
• Able to translate business needs into data-driven requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM data quality and governance.
• Drive core CRM processes and workflows.
• Lead the GTM AI program for field teams.
• Lead integration efforts for MaintainX GTM into Autodesk.
• Collaborate with Rev Ops, Enablement, and GTM systems teams.
