Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Director of GTM Data, Processes, and AI Enablement to own CRM data quality, core CRM workflows, and GenAI initiatives across GTM teams. You will lead a data-quality team and drive data governance, territory design, and engagement rules while collaborating with Marketing, Rev Ops, Enablement, and GTM Engineering across MaintainX and Autodesk.

The role requires 10+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM strategy, deep CRM expertise, and hands-on AI experience to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep expertise in core sales processes, territory design, and engagement rules.
• Hands-on experience bringing AI into GTM workflows with measurable results.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM data quality, governance, and enrichment strategies.
• Drive core CRM-based processes and workflows across GTM teams.
• Lead the GTM AI program for field teams end to end.
• Lead integration efforts for MaintainX GTM into Autodesk.
