Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems development or business operations.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end tooling programs.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the process and tooling roadmap for Central Operations.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to align quota and adjustment data.
• Architect the transition from external tools to Stripe-native tooling.
