Job summary

Alloy is seeking a seasoned GTM Engineer to design, build, and optimize integrations and automations powering our revenue organization. You will translate GTM needs into scalable technical solutions and partner with RevOps and GTM leadership to align architecture with business goals.

With 8+ years in a SaaS GTM/RevOps role, you will work across CRM, marketing automation, and data warehousing, leveraging SQL, Python, and JavaScript to drive automation and data quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or similar in SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred).
• Proficiency with iPaaS platforms (n8n, Tray.io, Workato, Zapier).
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of data pipeline management, data hygiene, and GTM data architecture.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, dbt).
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools and customer success platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize GTM integrations and automations for Alloy's revenue org.
• Own critical pieces of GTM tech architecture within 3–6 months.
• Maintain data synchronization across CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools.
