Qualifications

• 2‑4 years in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, Sales/RevOps engineering, or related ops role.
• Experience leading end‑to‑end tooling projects from evaluation to training.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs with ability to ship internal tools.
• Comfort with data analysis and presenting insights to leadership.
• Interest in embedding AI/LLM capabilities into tooling and workflows.
• Strong ownership and ability to balance multiple stakeholder priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations for GTM teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps to identify bottlenecks and design solutions.
• Work within GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra) to improve tooling.
• Analyze GTM data and provide data‑backed recommendations to leadership.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing tools and workflows.
• Own moderately scoped projects end‑to‑end from framing to launch.
• Manage relationships with multiple GTM stakeholders with senior support as needed.
• Contribute to code quality and mentor junior ICs and interns.
