Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced systems practitioner to own end-to-end processes for Central Policy and Operations, with a focus on mechanization, automation, and scalable tooling. You will drive the roadmap, move from legacy tools to Stripe-native solutions, and reduce contractor dependency through intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, systems development, or related field with growing scope.
• Proven end-to-end systems or tooling programs in cross-functional settings.
• Strong SQL and data design experience.
• Experience leading automation initiatives that improve efficiency or reduce costs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Clear communicator translating technical concepts for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Central Policy and Operations process and tooling roadmap with clear short-to-medium term priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across GTM, Finance Systems, and Data Engineering for AI enablement.
• Architect transition to Stripe-native tooling and measure ROI.
• Design automation for Account Team assignments, Segmentation updates, and Approval workflows in Salesforce.
• Build audit frameworks, governance, and documentation for scalable systems.
• Establish AI-ready task design and vendor onboarding visibility.
• Anticipate integration risks across Salesforce, territory engines, and reporting infra.
