Job summary

JustPark seeks a GTM/Revenue Operations engineer to design and build agentic workflows and the supporting marketing and sales systems. You will work as the internal architect for the commercial stack, collaborating with data and Salesforce teams, and traveling to Dallas–Fort Worth as needed.

This is a hands-on role emphasizing automation, enablement, and measurable impact. You will partner across BDRs, AEs, and marketing, ensuring workflows are scalable, well-documented, and aligned with revenue

Qualifications

• > Based in the US with the ability to travel regularly to our Dallas–Fort Worth hub; US work authorization
• > 3+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations engineering, marketing operations or sales systems
• > You write code and you use low-code, and you know which one a problem deserves; comfortable in Python or TypeScript against APIs
• > Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agent tooling; understanding where they work and where they do not
• > Deep working knowledge of Salesforce beyond the admin surface and experience architecting a marketing automation platform and its CRM integration
• > Strong data fundamentals: SQL and data modelling; able to partner with a data team rather than only consuming its output
• > Able to translate between a commercial problem and a technical solution; clear writer; document what you build
• > Nice to have: internal agents or automation adopted by sales teams; experience consolidating systems after a merger

Responsibilities

• Find commercial workflows where an agent or automation earns its place, starting from where the team loses time
• Design and build internal agentic workflows end to end with clear autonomy vs. human review
• Evaluate and monitor your shipments for accuracy, adoption, and time saved
• Keep pace with a fast-moving tooling market without rebuilding the stack every time
• Own architecture of the commercial stack and the integrations between CRM, marketing automation, call intelligence, enrichment, and engagement tools
• Partner with Salesforce administrator for configuration while you own architecture and build decisions
• Make build-versus-buy decisions for new tooling and be honest when buying is appropriate
• Work with the data team to shape data-layer requirements and feed enrichment, scoring and signals
• Ensure commercial reporting is trustworthy and that leadership can act on funnel metrics and pipeline data
• Sit with BDRs, AEs, Account Managers and Marketing to understand workflows before automating; ensure training accompanies delivery
