Qualifications

• Built outbound data pipelines and automation with measurable results.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, SQL and scripting.
• Able to explain problems clearly on client calls and to the team.
• Shows initiative to fix problems without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the pipeline that finds companies matching a client's criteria, enriches them and finds the right owner's contact details.
• Run our email sources in price order and verify every hit before anything is sent.
• Automate inbox setup: type in a domain, and the sending domains, inboxes and warm-up set themselves up.
• Join email, calls, LinkedIn and direct mail into one record per owner, so a reply on one channel stops the others.
• Build campaign reporting that pulls straight from our tools, so nobody updates a spreadsheet by hand.
• Join client calls when a search isn't producing meetings, find the cause, and fix it in the system so it stays fixed.
