Job summary

Plutus21 Capital, L.L.C. seeks a GTM Engineer to join the go-to-market team. You will build and maintain systems that identify, reach, and convert customers, collaborating across sales, marketing, and operations.

You will automate revenue workflows, connect platforms, and craft tooling that improves day-to-day operations. A hands-on coder comfortable with APIs, data, and AI applications is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in go-to-market engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, sales operations, or similar technical role supporting a commercial function.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript.
• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and common authentication methods.
• Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to query and transform data.
• Hands-on experience administering or building within a customer relationship management platform.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with data enrichment and prospecting tools.
• Familiarity with large language models and applying them to business workflows.
• Understanding of how sales, marketing, and customer success functions operate and how they use data.
• Ability to turn loosely defined business problems into working systems with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfort operating in changing requirements and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual and repetitive go-to-market processes and replace them with automated workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations between sales, marketing, and operations platforms.
• Design data enrichment workflows to improve prospect and account records.
• Build lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle management systems.
• Develop AI agents and language model workflows for research, qualification, drafting, and prioritization tasks.
• Own data integrity across commercial systems including synchronization and hygiene processes.
• Design outbound campaign infrastructure, including sequencing, deliverability, and performance tracking.
• Write scripts and services to extend platform functionality beyond native configuration.
• Build internal tools to support commercial workflows and measure impact.
• Own projects end to end from problem identification to deployment and measurement.
• Instrument systems to quantify performance and business impact.
• Ensure automated workflows stay reliable with monitoring and retries.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and reduce process friction.
• Produce dashboards for visibility to commercial and executive teams.
• Document the systems and enable others to operate them.
• Evaluate new tools and support build-or-buy decisions with prototypes.
• Participate in planning and technical decisions for GTM function.
