Job summary

RapidWorks in Boston, MA is seeking a technical GTM Engineer to design and maintain revenue tech, data pipelines, and automations spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will build enrichment and scoring, outbound plays, lead routing, and AI-powered automations to reduce manual work, partnering with leadership to scale across North America and beyond, including a product suite with Rapid ERP, Visual Dispatch, CRO Software, Rapid Fleet, and Rapid Payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM engineering or revenue operations within B2B SaaS.
• Hands‑on GTM automations, enrichment workflows, and CRM integrations.
• Experience with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Make or n8n.
• Strong cross‑functional influencing without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run automated prospecting and enrichment workflows.
• Create signal-based outbound/inbound plays using intent and firmographics.
• Own lead scoring, routing, and SLA-driven assignments.
• Instrument GTM workflows and measure pipeline yield.
