Job summary

SentinelOne, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Growth/Go-To-Market automation lead to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that accelerate lead response and nurture across the funnel.

You will own the integrations between CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and analytics, and build inbound AI agents for top-of-funnel engagement. You will prototype website personalization and content recommendations, establish robust evaluation frameworks, and coach teams through AI adoption with scalable

Qualifications

• 6+ years across growth/GTM marketing, marketing/revenue operations, systems, or solutions engineering.
• Hands-on time building automation or AI into real GTM work.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Speed up lead response with automations for routing, scoring and rapid replies.
• Build inbound AI agents and lead-qualification agents for top-of-funnel work.
• Personalize conversion paths with website personalization and content recommendations.
• Own the lead lifecycle stack across marketing automation, CDP, enrichment, intent data, and CRM.
• Automate content and SEO operations and measure quality with evals against baselines.
• Develop guardrails with human-in-the-loop review and rollback paths.
• Coach teams and document playbooks for scalable AI adoption.
• Deliver end-to-end automation across GTM stack within milestones 1–12.
