Job summary

Raylu, the AI origination engine for private markets, is hiring a GTM Associate to learn the craft from real deals with leading funds. This outbound-first role opens doors at target institutions and stays close to deals through discovery and strategy.

You'll work with the Head of Sales and collaborate with AEs, product, and leadership. As Raylu is early, you'll help build the outbound motion, messaging, and playbooks that scale when the team grows.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in SDR/BDR, client-facing sales, or finance-adjacent roles.
• Exceptional writing that sparks MD interest quickly.
• Comfort with high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach.
• Ability to learn a complex product and explain it clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic outbound to named institutional investors with targeted messaging.
• Hit qualified-meeting and pipeline targets via email, LinkedIn, and warm intros.
• Design outbound plays by fund size, thesis, or trigger event and test messaging.
• Map stakeholders and qualify leads using a proven sales methodology.
• Speak credibly about Raylu and demonstrate product value to funds.
• Support events and post-event follow-through to generate opportunities.
• Maintain pristine CRM hygiene and capture discovery insights.
• Help codify outbound messaging and playbooks for scaling.
