Job summary

Raylu AI is seeking a GTM Associate to join our private-markets outbound team. You’ll learn the craft in real deals with leading funds, building the outbound motion from messaging to qualification and playbooks, and you’ll work with the Head of Sales, AEs, product, and leadership.

In this early-stage role you will own strategic outbound, shape campaigns, map stakeholders, and help close opportunities while developing product mastery and a scalable GTM engine at Raylu AI in Midtown Manhattan.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales or finance-adjacent roles.
• Exceptional writing that earns a MD’s attention.
• High-volume outbound experience and ability to distinguish activity from progress.
• Ability to learn a complex product quickly and explain it clearly.
• Fluency with sales tooling: CRM, sequencing, enrichment.
• Genuine curiosity about private markets and AI.
• Organized enough to run multiple senior conversations in parallel.
• Coachable and comfortable moving without perfect information.
• Competitive drive and quota ambition.

Responsibilities

• Strategic outbound into named institutional investors.
• Own a qualified-meeting and pipeline target across multiple channels.
• Design targeted outbound campaigns and test messaging.
• Map stakeholders and qualify leads using a proven sales methodology.
• Develop product mastery to speak credibly about Raylu.
• Support Raylu at industry conferences and events with outreach.
• Maintain pristine CRM hygiene and discovery notes.
• Turn partner feedback into ICP refinement and product insights.
• Codify successful plays into outbound messaging and playbooks.
