Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience as a top performing SDR at a high-velocity startup or in finance.
• Proven track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, consistently beating quota.
• Has done something notable like started a company or won a hackathon.
• Demonstrated success in cold outreach that opened major opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach.
• Qualify prospects through consultative selling.
• Grow top of the funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns.
• Test and iterate on experimental marketing and GTM motions.
• Maintain accurate client relationship data within Salesforce.
• Train to join the Account Executive team.
