Paraform is seeking an experienced Founding GTM Recruiter in San Francisco to help hire the best talent for our rapidly growing team. In this role, you'll own the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to closing candidates across various functions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-growth startup environments. You'll work closely with founders to set the talent bar and improve our hiring processes while promoting Paraform's mission and vision.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for non-technical and GTM roles, ideally with high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets.
• Deep sourcing skills with ability to engage candidates proactively.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions.
• Set talent bar, hiring goals, candidate experience, and employer branding with founders.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate coordination.
