Rogo is seeking a Deployment Associate to accelerate value with live accounts at leading financial institutions. You will combine product mastery with client-facing execution to onboard users quickly, build champions, and demonstrate measurable impact.

This role feeds into Account Executive and pre-sales tracks, offering hands-on exposure to enterprise AI on Wall Street in a fast-paced startup culture.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of work experience in a client-facing sales role or finance-adjacent field such as investment banking, private equity, asset management or fintech.
• Financial fluency: understand how investment professionals work and map a product capability to workflows.
• Ability to master a complex platform quickly and explain it credibly to a sophisticated audience.
• Strong communication and executive presence, able to engage with MDs, PMs and C-Suite executives.
• Ambition to make an impact on the GTM team and progress to quota-carrying roles.
• Genuine interest in AI, technology, and financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Achieve true product mastery across the Rogo platform and become a trusted resource in live client conversations.
• Support onboarding, confirm access, and run tailored sessions to accelerate adoption.
• Drive adoption and build champions by running office hours and identifying repeatable use cases.
• Make evaluation evidence clear by tracking engagement, workflows, and client feedback.
• Improve deployment by sharing recurring client needs with Product and creating reusable playbooks.
