Job summary

depthfirst is building intelligence to detect and remediate critical software vulnerabilities. As Analytics & GTM Operations Lead, you will design data infrastructure, attribution models, and lifecycles to empower outbound, marketing, and partner strategies. You will partner with RevOps and Marketing to scale GTM efforts and apply AI to analytics.

You will own the analytics stack from day one, delivering insights for leadership and driving growth in a security-first AI company centered in SF.

Qualifications

• You pair analytics with commercial intuition to read the story behind numbers.
• You can code and are fluent in SQL, data modeling, and Salesforce.
• You’re AI-pilled and want to leverage AI for better analytics.
• You have a background in engineering, computer science, statistics, or similar.
• You believe in our mission of securing the world’s software.
• You’re based in San Francisco or willing to relocate to SF.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the data foundation: Salesforce objects/fields, data warehouse, models, pipelines.
• Create attribution model across marketing, outbound, and partners to show contribution to pipeline/revenue.
• Define lead lifecycles and target messaging timing.
• Build dashboards for leadership, sales, and marketing to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve performance.
