Job summary

Scribe, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer for GTM to design core data models that define how we measure pipeline, bookings, ARR, and revenue. You will set standards for durable, self‑serve analytics across Sales, Marketing and Finance, and mentor the analytics team.

You will work hand‑in‑hand with sales, marketing, finance, and RevOps to answer critical GTM questions, delivering scalable data products and impact-driven insights that guide investments and strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics engineering, data engineering, or analytics in a SaaS environment.
• Built data models from ground up with clear, scalable definitions.
• Strong SQL skills and deep knowledge of GTM and revenue data (CRM, marketing, billing).

Responsibilities

• Build Scribe’s foundational GTM data models across Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Turn business questions into actionable metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with GTM, finance, and RevOps to define KPIs and analyses.
• Mentor analysts and analytics engineers as the team scales.
• Establish data quality standards and self-serve tooling.
