Job Description: As part of the Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team, this hands-on role delivers commercial analysis, reporting, and automation across the commercial organization. Working alongside GTM Operations colleagues, business leaders, and technical specialists, the Analyst develops reliable insights and practical solutions that improve decision-making and reduce manual work. This role takes ownership of agreed initiatives while building on existing capabilities and supporting reuse across regions.
Partner with commercial stakeholders and GTM Operations colleagues to understand business needs and deliver agreed analytics and automation initiatives.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models supporting planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial execution.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
Develop workflow automations and AI-assisted solutions, working with technical specialists on complex requirements and integrations.
Validate reporting and workflow outputs, document business logic, and support testing, adoption, and ongoing maintenance.
Partner with Finance, Data & Analytics, IT, and regional operations to maintain consistent metric definitions and resolve data discrepancies.
Share reusable solutions across regions, measure improvements in efficiency and business use, and manage assigned priorities independently.

US Base Salary Range: $99,500.00 - $129,400.00 Base pay offered to new hires may vary based upon factors including relevant industry and job-related skills and experience, geographic location, and business needs.* The range displayed does not encompass the full potential of the role, which allows for further growth and career progression.
In addition, as a part of our total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Vertex Bonus Plan (VOB), a role-specific sales commission/bonus, and/or equity grants.
