Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is seeking a GTM technical leader to design and demo our Agent product, delivering technical solutions that address customer needs. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive the GTM function and refine our product based on real customer feedback.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in Sales Engineering or similar roles, with proven demo-building and enterprise relationships. A Bachelor’s degree is required; CS background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years experience in Sales Engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
• Past experience in demo building and presenting to customers in the GTM function.
• Experience building relationships with executives and technical leaders.
• Experience leading enterprise sales processes.

Responsibilities

• GTM technical expert: Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product and address customer needs.
• Cross-functional work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive GTM and improve products.
• Lead and support customers in early conversations with future buyers.
