Job summary

Cribl is hiring a GTM AI Product Manager to define and scale AI-powered experiences that boost seller productivity and accelerate revenue. You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery, translating insights into practical product requirements and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with GTM leaders, sellers, and technical teams, applying CUJ and JTBD thinking to reduce admin work and improve deal velocity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical fluency across CRM, data models, integrations and APIs.
• Experience applying CUJ and JTBD to seller workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTM AI.
• Own end-to-end discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery with sellers and GTM stakeholders to validate problems.
• Build AI-powered workflows connecting signals across CRM tools and data fabrics.
• Establish governance, success metrics, and measure adoption and impact.
