Job summary

Safari AI in Miami is hiring our first GTM Engineering Lead to design and operationalize AI agents for Growth, Sales, Client Success and Partnerships. You will co-work with the Miami-based GTM team to automate workflows, build launch-ready agents and scale outreach in a fast-paced startup.

You will own end-to-end delivery, partner with leadership, and ship measurable ROI by translating computer vision outputs into buyer-focused metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience building, deploying and using agents on a daily basis.
• Ability to design, implement, present, and operate independently without oversight.
• Experience with public cloud such as AWS
• Comfortable wiring together modern GTM tooling and writing Python or TypeScript to glue systems together
• Hands-on experience prompting and orchestrating LLM APIs for production use cases — not just chat, but agents, classification, and structured output
• Experience with SQL and data warehouse or relational DB's such as PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake
• Self-motivated, critical thinking and enthusiastic in solving real-world problems
• Good business insight and exceptional analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Convert AI-generated go-to-market tools and skills to distinct agents that help Safari AI scale outreach and accelerate deals, specifically: Growth, Sales, Client Success
• Your agents will work across customer contexts: varying industries, use cases, and stages of the sales funnel, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience with our prospects and clients
• Work with a growing team of sales, growth, and client success leaders to ship GTM experiments quickly and feed learnings back into the product roadmap
• Design and maintain the systems, templates, and data pipelines that power outbound sequences, lead nurturing flows, and customer onboarding
• Build and maintain AI-driven prospect research and account-scoring pipelines that surface high-fit venues and enrich them with operational signals
• Develop vertical-specific demo environments and ROI calculators that translate Safari AI's outputs into buyer-focused metrics
• Operate the outbound infrastructure stack — sending platform, CRM, enrichment, and reply-handling agents — and tune performance based on live data
