Job summary

Faire is hiring a GTM AI & Systems Engineer to build the next generation of AI and automation for our GTM stack. You’ll design, build, and ship AI agents and integrations that reduce manual work across Sales, RevOps, and Customer lifecycle.

You’ll work with Salesforce, data tools, and our MCP tooling layer to deliver high-leverage automation. A strong AI-first mindset and hands-on experience with GTM systems are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building automation, integrations, or tooling in GTM/RevOps contexts.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (declarative, Apex/SOQL, DevOps) and familiarity with GTM stack (ETL, Reverse ETL, Snowflake, Gong, GitHub).
• Production experience with integration/automation tooling (Workato, Zapier, n8n or similar).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations across the GTM motion (routing, scoring, enrichment, sequencing, outbound support).
• Own and extend Salesforce and GTM systems architecture with GTM Engineering.
• Contribute to Salesforce governance and DevOps hygiene for secure, reliable systems.
• Partner with GTM data layer tools (Snowflake, Hightouch, Fivetran, Airflow) to trigger actions automatically.
• Collaborate with Sales/RevOps/PM to turn AI opportunities into working, adopted systems.
• Establish evals, monitoring, and guardrails so AI capabilities are observable and measured by business metrics.
• Set data-quality standards and guardrails for Faire's GTM AI implementations.
• Identify recurring operational work suitable for agent handling to reduce team burden.
