Job summary

Opkey is seeking a highly technical GTM Systems & AI Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This role designs, builds, and optimizes the tech stack powering Sales, SDR, Customer Success, and Revenue initiatives, using automation, APIs, AI, and modern architectures.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and IT to reduce manual work, improve seller productivity, and accelerate revenue growth through AI-driven workflows and scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, Solutions Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Deep experience administering HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience integrating multiple SaaS applications using APIs.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience building workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize our GTM technology stack, including: HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo.
• Design scalable workflows supporting Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Build integrations between internal and third-party systems.
• Manage APIs, webhooks, middleware, and automation platforms.
• Continuously improve CRM architecture, data quality, and system performance.
