Job summary

HSO is seeking a Marketing GTM Engineer who will own and evolve HSO’s marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless operation across the buyer journey and scalable growth. You will design AI-driven automation, build workflows and integrations, and deliver dashboards and insights that drive faster, data-informed decisions for Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams.

Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and partners, evaluate new technologies, and establish governance to scale automation safely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, operations, or related field.
• Hands-on with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.
• Experience building AI-enabled workflows and automation in business processes.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions with data-driven insights.
• Experience integrating multiple technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the marketing technology ecosystem across the buyer journey.
• Design automation and AI-driven solutions to improve speed and efficiency.
• Build, deploy, and optimize AI-enabled workflows, agents, and tools.
• Develop automation for demand gen, ABM, and seller activation.
• Create dashboards, reporting, and alerts to track performance and enable decisions.
