Job summary

Thrive is seeking a hands-on Revenue Operations AI leader to identify high-value AI opportunities across GTM, prove business value with data, and ship practical AI-enabled workflows that scale customer value. You will operate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, turning ideas into production-ready solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue or sales operations with GTM workflows
• Shipped AI-enabled workflows or tools adopted by real users
• Strong data fluency with SQL and advanced spreadsheet analysis
• Experience with GTM tech stack including CRM, marketing automation, and sales tools
• Experience with LLM APIs and agent-building platforms
• Familiarity with automation/integration tooling (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato)
• Basic scripting (Python/JavaScript) and API usage
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical constraints
• Self-directed and outcome-oriented

Responsibilities

• Find opportunities across marketing, SDR/BDR, sales, customer success, and revenue operations
• Maintain a living, prioritized inventory of AI/automation opportunities across the GTM funnel
• Quantify problems to determine AI vs process fixes, and present a clear thesis
• Design and ship AI-enabled workflows across CRM-native automation and integration platforms
• Write prompts, define tools, and guardrails for production reliability
• Document builds for supportability and reuse
• Drive adoption through training, materials, and feedback loops
• Ensure data handling, governance, and security considerations are baked in
