Job summary

Gong is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to design, build, and ship AI-powered infrastructure and workflows end-to-end—turning data into real productivity gains for revenue teams and customers.

You will work with internal Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT to scale AI tooling and optimize GTM processes, with a lean team and high executive visibility. This is a founding hire on a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Background in software / data engineering, data science, or AI/ML with hands-on delivery experience.
• Experience shipping AI tools or workflows to production, not just demos.
• Comfort building internal-facing tools and strong independence in an early-stage team.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to work independently.
• Experience with modern AI/LLM tooling and integration patterns (APIs, workflow orchestration, agent frameworks).

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered infrastructure, workflows, and internal tools for GTM teams.
• Take initiatives from concept through production and continued iteration.
• Partner closely with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT teams, who own the operational surfaces, broader data foundation, and AI tooling/hosting infrastructure this work builds on.
• Identify friction and manual work across GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions to eliminate it.
• Work with subject matter experts pulled in from field teams.
