Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience, or 7 years with an advanced degree.
• Root Cause and Corrective Action experience.
• Experience with AS9100/AS9110 standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to maintain and improve quality, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Drive Lean process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Implement root-cause corrective actions to sustain standards.
• Manage and track the quality function schedules and contingencies.
• Maintain quality evaluation systems and protocols; review technical data.
• Investigate nonconformities and develop corrective actions.
• Promote QMS and Cardinal Rules; drive a quality-focused culture.
• Work onsite full-time in Columbus, GA.
