Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Powerplant Engineer to support operations, materials, finance and customer service teams on engineering matters related to GTF engines. You will manage engine workscope, including assembly, disassembly and repair, and serve as the primary technical interface with customers on shop visits.

The role requires a engineering degree with years of aerospace experience, and involves onsite work at Midland, GA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 8 years of relevant aerospace experience.
• Or an advanced degree with 5 years of aerospace experience.

Responsibilities

• Author/load engine repair scopes into SAP and manage shop visits.
• Provide technical responses to customers and engineers for GTF repairs.
• Lead or support process improvement and training related to engine maintenance.
• Ensure gate requirements and EMP/CEMP alignment for shop visits.
