• Lead root cause analyses for complaints, nonconformances, deviations, and audit findings using structured methods.
• Interpret quality data, customer requirements, and process trends to drive decisions.
• Translate technical findings into clear business messages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence and improve processes.
• Maintain knowledge of quality management systems and audit practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses for complaints, nonconformances, deviations, and audit findings using 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FMEA.
• Own or support Product Stewardship activities: containment, investigation, action planning, implementation, verification, closure.
• Evaluate quality risks, regulatory considerations, customer requirements, and lifecycle impacts of decisions.
• Partner with manufacturing, environmental, procurement, logistics, sales, and customer-facing teams to align product decisions with safety and business risk.
• Analyze production, lab, and customer feedback data to identify trends, reduce defects, and improve product performance.
• Develops and coaches the Operations Teams on quality procedures, control plans, inspection criteria, specifications, and disposition workflows.
• Support customer complaint investigations, technical reviews, audit responses, claims, regulatory inquiries, and product stewardship reviews.
• Coach teams on disciplined problem solving, evidence-based decisions, quality expectations, and documentation.
