Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a senior Quality lead for the GTF Program Quality Management team in East Hartford. The role drives voice-of-the-customer decisions, defines quality improvements, and ensures compliance across development, certification, production and delivery.

You will coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, apply PPAP core tools, and maintain robust quality metrics and corrective actions. Occasional travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business or Quality field or equivalent experience with 8+ years in a related role.
• Advanced degree plus 5+ years in quality program leadership is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the GTF Program Quality Management activities with Customers and internal/external producers.
• Define and execute quality and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize PPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow, Control Plans) to identify risks and mitigations.
• Maintain quality metrics, customer scorecards, corrective actions, and publish weekly/monthly reports.
• Turn metrics into actionable improvements and address production/delivery risks.
• Provide recommendations and support targets for product safety, performance, quality, and reliability.
