Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Georgia is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead day-to-day quality functions at our Southern Logistics Center. You will drive RCCA improvements, coordinate audits, and manage corrective actions to meet the Quality Signature for the facility.

You will report to the Associate Director of Quality and work with cross-functional teams to resolve logistic quality challenges, maintain CORE certification, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of RCCA tools and proficiency in driving robust systemic RCCA.
• Knowledge of SAP and Quality Notifications.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience in Quality, Manufacturing and/or Engineering; or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects associated with Quality Logistics including Quality Reviews, Internal/External Audits, CAR Management, and escape investigations.
• The Quality Engineer reports to the Associate Director of Quality for the Southern Logistics Center.
• Coordinates the escape management process for logistics organization and ensures robust root cause and corrective actions.
