Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day GSOC operations, manage shift activities, and ensure compliance with laws and client regulations. The role requires coordinating the team, updating schedules, and driving continuous improvement through audits and SOP enforcement.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security experience
• Minimum two years of verifiable Global Security Operations Center experience
• Minimum two years of technical writing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to communicate at an executive level, both written and oral

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day GSOC operations and ensure procedures are followed
• Coordinate GSOC team activities during the shift and monitor security systems
• Update GSOC Operator schedule and ensure coverage for all openings
• Ensure GSOC activities comply with applicable laws and client regulations
• Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement
• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs for GSOC operations
