Job summary

Crisis24 seeks a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager to oversee 24/7 monitoring, analysis, and response protecting personnel, assets, information and operations worldwide.

The role leads analysts and supervisors, drives incident response protocols, and champions continuous improvement of security technologies and workflows. A seasoned leader will ensure timely intelligence and risk mitigation across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in security, intelligence, emergency management, or related field.
• 5–7+ years in security operations or intelligence analysis with GSOC experience.
• 2–4+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of GSOC technologies, incident management, and intelligence processes.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily GSOC operations to ensure 24/7 situational awareness and rapid response.
• Oversee monitoring of global incidents, threats, alarms, and intelligence feeds.
• Ensure SOPs, escalation protocols, and reporting requirements are consistently applied.
• Manage staffing levels, shifts, and workload to maintain coverage.
• Lead, train, and mentor GSOC analysts and supervisors in risk assessment and incident management.
• Produce performance reviews, coaching, and development plans.
