Job summary

HiveWatch, Inc. is seeking a GSOC Supervisor to lead our 24/7 security operations center, coordinating proactive monitoring, incident response, and client collaboration.

You will guide GSOC Operators, oversee surveillance and access control, and ensure high standards of service and professionalism. The role requires steady leadership under pressure, strong communication, and a track record in crisis management across multi-client environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a GSOC or related field, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of security technology platforms, including video surveillance, access control, critical event management, and mass communication tools.
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and manage high-stress situations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and direction to a team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with emergency responders, corporate security teams, and crisis management frameworks.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen upon the extension of a conditional employment offer.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned to a fixed shift in our 24/7 operations center — Day, Swing, or Night — with flexibility based on company needs.
• Lead by example – display the HiveWatch core principles of customer service and professionalism.
• Lead, mentor, and support GSOC Operators in executing their duties, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Oversee security monitoring operations, including video surveillance, access control, open-source intelligence, and mass communication tools.
• Coordinate response efforts during security incidents, emergencies, and crisis situations with clear guidance.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for critical incidents and document actions accurately.
• Facilitate communication between the GSOC, security teams, law enforcement, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular training, briefings, and performance evaluations for GSOC personnel.
• Maintain accurate incident records in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements leveraging data analytics.
