Qualifications

• 4+ years in GSOC or security operations, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with video surveillance, access control, and emergency response tools.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with emergency responders and crisis management frameworks.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 GSOC operations and ensure effective use of tech and processes.
• Lead and mentor GSOC Operators to follow SOPs.
• Coordinate security monitoring and incident response during crises.
• Act as primary escalation point for critical incidents.
• Facilitate communication with security, law enforcement and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular training, briefings, and performance reviews.
• Maintain incident records per policies and regulations.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements through data analytics.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance.
