HiveWatch is seeking a Senior Analyst to manage the Global Security Operations Center shift, overseeing staffing, assignments, and performance while serving as the escalation point for operators and analysts. The role requires directing operations, reviewing high-level intelligence, and coordinating incident response with clients.

You will lead shift briefings, supervise training, and maintain quality standards, ensuring adherence to client requirements and company policies in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in security operations center, intelligence analysis, emergency management, or related role.
• 2+ years leading or managing a shift or team preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication across platforms.

Responsabilités

• Manage the on-duty GSOC shift, direct Operators and Analysts, and act as escalation point.
• Oversee staffing, assignments, performance, training, and service quality.
• Review and approve complex intelligence assessments before client release.
• Lead shift briefings, debriefings, and post-incident reviews.
• Provide operational GSOC coverage including monitoring alerts and dispatch.
