Job summary

HiveWatch seeks a GSOC Operator to support multiple clients worldwide using advanced security technology. You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, triage events, dispatch security personnel, and monitor access controls and video feeds around the clock to help prevent threats.

In this role, you will collaborate with HiveWatch and client leadership to prepare for, respond to, and recover from incidents, generate clear reports, and maintain confidential documentation while remaining calm

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in communications or operations center or related role.
• Willing to learn unfamiliar technical systems.
• Strong customer service/interpersonal skills, especially during crises.
• Must have reliable means of communication (email, cell phone).
• Must have reliable transportation (public or private).
• Willing to sign confidentiality agreement and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Represent HiveWatch principles of customer service and professionalism.
• Answer routine and emergency calls; monitor alerts; dispatch/notify officers; liaise with 911 centers.
• Prioritize and decide under stress.
• Maintain records of communications and events concisely.
• Collaborate with leadership to respond to and recover from incidents affecting clients.
• Disseminate information to partners using established channels.
• Contribute to ongoing evaluation and improvement of operations and systems.
• Maintain composure during critical incidents and emergencies.
• Comply with safety rules and confidentiality.
