Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer (GSOC) Shift Lead in Goodyear, AZ. The role focuses on incident recognition, emergency response, and security analysis within the Global Security Operations Center.

You will partner with security teams and senior stakeholders to deliver timely insights and ensure compliance with client requirements. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in security and GSOC, a valid Arizona guard card, and experience with CCURE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2+ years of security experience (required).
• 2+ years of Global Security Operations Center experience (required).
• 2+ years experience with CCURE or similar surveillance tools (required).
• Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record (required).
• Active Arizona guard card (required).
• Technical writing skills and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day GSOC operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Coordinate GSOC team activities during shift; monitor systems and incidents.
• Update the Operator schedule and ensure coverage for openings and callouts.
• Ensure compliance with laws and client regulations across GSOC activities.
• Conduct regular audits and training to meet SOPs and requirements.
• Lead incident response and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
• Document and report all incidents with proper analysis.
