Job summary

Allied Universal in Goodyear, AZ, is hiring a GSOC Operator to support clients across industries in a fast-paced security operations center.

Responsibilities include monitoring screens, analyzing incidents, coordinating with patrols and emergency services, and ensuring safety for personnel and assets.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months security experience, Arizona guard card, a valid AZ driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of security experience.
• Active Arizona guard card.
• Arizona driver's license with clean driving record.
• Walk/Stand for long periods; able to work outdoors in the element.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrol, or alerting Fire services or Police as needed
• Assist company employees in all concerns that pertain to safety and security
• Monitor travel safety and security of company’s employees
