Job summary

Allied Universal in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor and protect client sites across industries. You will detect incidents, analyze risks, and alert appropriate responders while supporting site safety procedures and emergency responses.

The role requires security experience, a valid Arizona guard card and a clean driving record. Evening shifts include weekends, with benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Minimum of two years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrols or alerting Fire services or Police as needed.
• Assist company employees in all concerns that pertain to safety and security.
• Monitor travel safety and security of company employees.
