GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer in Goodyear, AZ. The role varies by day, from customer service to patrols or surveillance, demanding agility and precision in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities include monitoring the premises, controlling access points, promptly responding to incidents, writing clear reports, and coordinating with authorities when needed. We offer two shifts: Sat–Tue 10pm–6am (32 hours) and Sat–Wed 2pm–10pm (40 hours).

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
