Job summary

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Officer in a GSOC Operations Center in Boston, MA. The role is full-time, with Wednesday through Sunday shifts and a starting pay of $29.00 per hour plus paid orientation.

The GSOC Operator will supervise and coordinate quality services on a specific shift, serving as a liaison between site staff and account management while coaching staff and ensuring high standards of security and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs.
• Background check and post-offer pre-employment drug test may be required.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stand or walk on varied surfaces for long periods; lift up to 40 pounds.
