Job summary

Keelson Strategic is seeking a GSOC Operator in Reno, NV to monitor security threats in real time and support management with accurate logging and rapid dissemination of information. The role focuses on using OSINT, threat intel tools, and various camera and access-control platforms to protect customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a high-performance team, and a commitment to confidentiality and professional behavior

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; comfortable with email, documents, and data entry.
• Ability to search for information on the internet and verify sources; basic information security understanding a plus.
• Read, analyze, and interpret business materials; write clear reports and emails.

Responsibilities

• Monitor threats using threat intel tools and OSINT practices.
• Provide security system monitoring, dispatch, and notification services.
• Dispatch emergency responses (fire, medical, bomb threat, active shooter, etc.).
• Monitor cameras and tracking software; operate access control and alarm systems.
• Maintain accurate security logs in a centralized data system.
• Communicate time-sensitive security information to customers clearly.
