Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, IT, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in GSOC operations, system administration, or security analysis.
• Proven experience with Genetec (or other access control platforms) and CCTV/video management systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms) and respond to incidents.
• Coordinate dispatch of security personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain incident records and generate security reports for stakeholders.
• Manage Genetec access control and badge issuance/deactivation; troubleshoot system issues.
