Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a GSOC Operator in Boise to monitor multiple screens and respond to safety incidents. You will detect and alert on events affecting people, property, or brand, using access control and alarm systems as well as open-source intelligence.

You must be 21+ with 3+ years of combined law enforcement/military/security experience or a college degree. The role includes a pay rate of $24.50 per hour and benefits after employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or five years of verifiable experience.
• Minimum of two years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; driving license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
• Investigate alarms and coordinate security responses with patrols, fire, or police as needed.
• Assist employees with safety and security concerns across sites.
• Monitor travel safety and security of company personnel.
