Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background investigation and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Associate’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, Corporate Security.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, sometimes stressed work environment.
• Strong team player.
• Comfortable with high-tech work environment and continuous learning of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigate alarms and respond by sending security patrol or alerting Fire services or Police as needed.
• Assist company employees in all safety and security concerns.
• Monitor travel safety and security of company employees.
• Conduct ongoing review of systems and sources to detect potential risks.
• Notify and coordinate corporate response by distribution of advisories and communications.
• Compile daily and incident reports.
• Follow procedures for managing various incidents from local to global crises.
• Provide back-up, support, and on-call function as needed.
• Perform other related duties and special projects.

Education

Associate’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, Corporate Security

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, International Affairs/Relations/Business, Emergency Management, Political Science, Criminal Justice or related discipline
